Our 4 of Pentacles figure is grounded and stable. He is focused in the present moment. He is also conserving his energy in every possible way. This is a message to protect yourself. Conserve your energy as much as possible this week in order to fend off worrisome thoughts and feelings of overwhelm. Cut back on activity as much as you can and keep your mind focused on the present. There’s no need to worry about the future or the next step or steps when you only need to consider what’s happening right now. Don’t think of the future or worry about the past. The only thing that matters right now is the present and what’s happening right now. Limiting your scope to just the task that is before you right now will help ground you and protect you from your own harmful thoughts and feelings. It will give you the energy and strength to keep going.
