The World is suffering right now, but giving yourself the time and space to grieve (5 of Cups) and then a bit of organization (The Emperor) will help you and the planet heal.
As we take care to heal ourselves, that helps to heal the world overall.
It’s OK to feel bad about the state of the world and the state of your life if things aren’t going well. Give yourself the opportunity to feel those emotions in order to heal, release them and move forward.
Then, when you’re ready, ask yourself what you can do about the situation to bring about beneficial change.
How can you organize your little empire in order to change what’s hurting the world or your life?
This process looks different for everyone. Maybe you know someone impacted by the recent coronavirus outbreak. Your suffering will look different than someone who doesn’t personally know a victim of the virus but who instead feels grief and sadness for the suffering that this virus has caused the world in general.
This applies not just to the virus, but anything plaguing the world or you individually.
Try not to compare your grief and healing to anyone else’s. Everyone is different, so just make sure that you care for yourself on your own timeline. Then, when you feel ready, plan the steps necessary to organize your life in order to feel in control of the situation and move forward.
You can do this.
