We all run into situations that require making difficult decisions.
Today’s daily online tarot reading lays out three methods that can help you make a difficult decision.
- In order to gain clarity to make a decision, try seeing the situation from a new perspective, like our friend The Hanged Man. His enlightenment comes from a new perspective. Try seeing your situation from the viewpoint of someone else involved. Look at it logically instead of emotionally or vise versa. There are many ways to see your situation from a new perspective, so feel free to get creative here.
- You can also try working backwards by visualizing the outcome you’d like to achieve and then figuring out which decision would help you attain that outcome. For example, what decision will help you emerge as a hero to yourself and/or others at this time like our 6 of Wands hero? What outcome fits your situation, and what are the steps that can help you get there?
- Maybe your decision is simply between waiting and forging ahead. You can always look to your higher self for advice as our lovers look toward the Angel in The Lovers card. You can access your higher self by taking a step back from the situation, setting the intention to receive intuitive guidance on the right path forward, then setting about some mundane task like doing the dishes until inspiration hits.
These decision-making methods can help you choose between two options or maybe even bring to light a whole new option that you’d never considered before.
